Are you in a bad mood? I guarantee you that someone else is feeling sad too. Don’t just sit there thinking all those nasty comments or sad or really bad news and don’t feel sorry for yourself.
Some people will just sit there and cry or even scream that bad energy. “So what?”, you might think. “All I want to do is sit on the couch.” That’s ok . Let me just tell you something; that will not help you get out of a bad mood but this will help someday or another. Two words: BE KIND.
For example, I started just simply writing notes to my grandma’s friend and at my house one day, I decided to send her a card and the friendship started with notes, drawings, etc.
We started a pen pal friendship. One day, I started crying and my mom looked in the mail and handed me an envelope and it was the sweetest card with ten dollars in it and I burst with joy!
Someone can change your feelings from sad to happy in a snap. You can make a difference no matter how old you are. Pow! Those good feelings.
