End Conflict

Aarav Patel, Age 11

Say you have friends and family over, but a rising amount of conflict has ruined the stay. It can be difficult to resolve with so many opinions. This could ruin your friendship.

One simple way to connect you back together again is to be patient. If you can settle everybody down and have them talk about their feelings to you, it may be helpful. Listen and be patient as much as you can. They may not trust you if you don’t seem involved, so it’s important that you really listen.

On top of that, you can’t take sides. If one person has a better response than another than another, don’t lean to the one who had the better one. Listen to what both sides have to say carefully first.

Now, this may not completely end for a day or two, but it will be solved. Continue this practice to prevent future feuds. This will help build upon your and your peer’s relationship.
