Welcome back to another one of my blog posts!
For the one and only time, explorers have been given permission to remove items from the most famous shipwreck in the world’s history. The Titanic. On April 10th, 1912, the ship left England planned to be going to New York. The ship was called “unsinkable” but unfortunately, it hit an iceberg, and, in the early hours of April 15, it had sunk to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. The ship is found about 370 miles from the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. An exploration company, RMS Titantic, asked the Virginia court to open the ship up.

Other ships sent telegraphs warning Titantic’s crew about the iceberg. RMS Titanic told the Virginia court that the ship’s mission is urgent. A video of the ship from 2019 shows that it is badly damaged. Many people and groups, including the Nation Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration [NOAA], oppose to the expedition.
Help the sea
Help save the sea! If we humans keep littering and not recycling, by 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean. If you just even start recycling a bit more it will still help a little piece.
